From there, you can select the track and release it. Once the track is to your satisfaction, interact with the station again and choose "Burn Track." You'll be able to name it and add a description, then it will appear in your Sim's inventory. The specific mix is not graded, and you can even have just the base track play. However, the profit potential is pretty high, almost on-par with high-level creative works with Painting and Writing. All three stations are around §1500 so it may be a little tough for a newly made Sim to get one unless their house is fairly trimmed down.
